4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Tokens

Access to the service requires an active subscription. Each subscription plan includes a daily token limit. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next day. Subscriptions are managed by the platform administrator.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the service's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LegalAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LegalAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.
